Advent Calendar

It's advent calendar time again.

This year I've been printing out each day's activity and giving it to the kids to read at breakfast.

1. Decorate the Christmas tree
2. Write a letter to Santa
3. Visit reindeer at the zoo
4. Meet Santa
5. Build a Christmas village
6. Donate toys
7. Drink hot chocolate
8. Play with snow indoors
9. Buy a new Christmas ornament
10. Draw a Christmas picture
11. Watch a Christmas movie
12. Make a gingerbread house
13. Take a drive to see Christmas lights
14. Go on a holiday nature walk
15. Make ornaments
16. Bake Christmas cookies
17. Make Christmas cards
18. Buy presents for your siblings

(The list stops short this year since we'll be going to Texas, but I'm sure there'll be plenty of activities going on there, too.)
