Zac and I spent New Year's with our friends Travis and Elana (and Sancho, and their dogs Ringo and Maya), camping at El Capitan State Beach.

Happy Thanksgiving!

This Thanksgiving my parents came down from Reno to celebrate with me, Zac, and the kids (and Sancho). 

We made turkey, stuffing (my mom's recipe), mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, biscuits, and green bean casserole. Then later Lucas and Veronika joined us for pumpkin and apple pies for dessert, as well as a really excellent cranberry upside-down cake.
